• Participate in daily safety practices

• Prepare and care of equipment and vehicles. Examples: PPE reminders, vehicle fluids, tire safety, tool inspections.

• Review and understand daily work plan, goals and requirements by active participation in pre-task and post-task team meetings, including reviews of safe work practices, work orders, job prints and job notes.

Job Duties

• Complete assigned physical labor tasks involving manual work and operation of hand and power tools, moving materials, with good housekeeping to all job sites, vehicles and equipment.

• Assist equipment operators and/or the foreman with loading, unloading or positioning equipment, shoring or bracing, placing underground utilities, or placing or removing asphalt or concrete.

• Lifting, carrying and holding materials, supplies, tools and equipment.

• Hand digging and assisting with excavation, filling, backfilling and cleaning and preparing sites, including clean-up and debris removal.

• Engage in outside work.

Applicant must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a mandatory drug screening.

Candidates with CDL class A will be preferred.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: Starting at $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
